Just a note to say thank you for everything you did concerning our dad, James Ferraro. Your kindness was very much appreciated. Even though it didn’t turn out the way we all hoped it would, Dad did have a little time in a great place with people who truly did care about him. With all the connections you gave us, you really made it so much easier for us to maneuver our way through the system: however it is a system that just can’t be changed, not yet any way. Hopefully, people will continue to try to elicit change in the nursing care system.
