I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Jeff Roberts. For me and my family he was an answer to a prayer. I had begun to despair I would find the right place for my father. Jeff came to my rescue. His charming personality and sense of humor smoothed over some rough spots.
My dad’s situation is not an easy one. I needed to find a place fast. Finances were limited and we had to work with the VA benefit. Also, the level of care my dad requires is a challenge. Taking everything into consideration, Jeff persevered until he found options for my dad. His determination paid off.
I’m sure I was making him crazy, but he always managed to be considerate, caring and empathetic during a very difficult time. I’m so grateful for your organization and that it put me in touch with Jeff.
