This is a letter about Jeff Roberts. He was outstanding! He was immediate, prepared, caring and delightful as a person.

Richard was being tossed from Eisenhower and his sister had not yet arrived from San Diego. He was a fall risk and had dementia. There was no way we could bring him home. Once Helen arrived, Jeff jumped on the case and he was situated by noon. Then Jeff made arrangements for Helen to meet with another gentleman to arrange his VA benefits. We could have never done this without him.
