I wanted to take the time to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my mother and our family through this very difficult time.
You took the time and patience to really listen to my mother. You showed her so much compassion and understanding. She has really been put to the test this last year with the cancer illness of my father. You showed that you cared and were so diligent in achieving the goal of keeping my father in a nursing home that was close to her. This was so comforting to her and to me, knowing she could be by his side in minutes.
Without you I don’t know what we would have done. It is people like you that make the world a better place.
