I wanted to take a moment to write a letter of thanks and gratitude from my entire family for helping us place my mother, Frances Fairchild, in a wonderful residential facility. Without your help, I don’t know what I would have done, or even where I would have gone to look for such a facility that matched her personality and her special needs. When her doctor told me it was time for her to be placed in a full time facility due to her dementia and physical needs, I was devastated. I had been caring for her for six years and had planned to do so for a while, but her health took a turn for the worse, and it was time.
I literally didn’t know what to do. The doctor’s referral service contacted me and told me about your service. I thank God for that referral to you. You spent much time with me on the phone asking many questions about my mother, and her needs and limitations, and found the perfect facility for her, a beautiful residential home-like facility with a caring, professional staff. You did all the legwork, checked out the place, checked on their background with the State, and knew all about them, the other residents there, and how my mother would fit in. You did all the things that I would have had to do myself, or at least would have wanted to do, if I could have found out where to start.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for making a very difficult situation much easier and more pleasant for my mother, and indeed, the entire family who loves and cares deeply for her. We would recommend your services to any family facing a situation like ours.
Sincerely,
Janice Entzminger
